SISCSV is a solution available through Web Services (WS) for issuing the Vehicle Safety Certificate - CSV for Licensed Technical Institutions - ITL
Intended for ITL's that perform technical inspection services for vehicle safety and issue the Vehicle Safety Certificate, SISCSV provides consultation of vehicle information and issuance of the Vehicle Safety Certificate for vehicles that have undergone any modifications or transformations.
Service Availability
This system is accessed by another system or client application that connects to it and is composed of three modules:
I - Central Module: SISCSV central application available to registered users of the bodies of the National Traffic System (SNT) and to users of ITL and ETP through interaction between systems via web communication services;
II - Computerized inspection application module: local system of the ITL and ETP that will record the CSV inspection processes;
III - Integrator Module: application that enables the integration of the ITL or ETP inspection computerized application module with the SISCSV Central Module.
