The Vio API allows for the integration of your corporate system with Vio in a simple and secure manner. This integration enables the consumption of data and automates the process of document decoding.

What is Vio?

Vio is a comprehensive validation system that utilizes data compression and encryption technology to enable the insertion of document information into a QR Code.

The API Vio – Decoder performs automated decoding of the QR Code found in the document, allowing for quick and secure validation, as well as access to the data contained within.

How to use

Step 1

Authorization

The interested party sends a request for authorization to access SENATRAN, in person or electronically through the Electronic Information System (SEI). Once approved, SENATRAN publishes the authorization term in the Federal Official Gazette. The requirements for providing access to the systems can be consulted in SENATRAN's Ordinance No. 015-2016.

Access the Credencia system, select menu Request -> new request to obtain automatic authorization (*), following the steps in the accreditation manual for Vio Decoder available at Credencia."

* According to article 15 of Ordinance No. 922, of July 20, 2022, requests made through SENATRAN's own platform are pre-authorized and may be revoked at any time without justification by the agency.

Step 2

Hiring

With the consent for hiring, the interested party makes contact with SERPRO through the product page in “I want to hire”. The same is contacted for negotiations and clarifications about the contracting of the service with Serpro, and where the adhesion contract will be filled out.

Step 3

Qualification

Initially, access to the trial and approval environment will be released, for the first steps and release of security access. After signing the contract, access in the production environment is enabled and the use of the reading API for QRCodes VIO begins in a ticketed way.
Access to the trial and approval environment is free! Only after the first production access does the service charge begin.

Price List

How does the payment model work?

To define the price, the quantity of emissions is multiplied by the unit value of each band, in a staggered manner.

Once the maximum volume of a band is exceeded, the charge is calculated by the value of the next band, and different unit values may be charged on the same invoice.
