What is the Cidades GOV.BR product?
CidadesGOV.BR is a solution that has come to enhance the digital transformation of your municipality, offering a tool for making relevant content, news and services available to citizens, enabling user navigation without data consumption and also having support services to the administration of the Municipality.
What is the benefit for the citizen?
Citizens will be able to request and monitor the municipality's digital services using their GOV.BR Login, through the web or application. In addition, you will have access to all the information and news of your city in the palm of your hand, with easy navigation without consuming your data package.
What is the benefit to the municipality?
It is a city portal, managed by the city, but with all the benefits and graphic visuals of the GOV.BR federal digital platforms. City halls will have access to support material for publicizing the digital transformation of their city, as well as resources to support them in managing the services demanded by citizens.
Will changes in the Cidades GOV.BR portal be charged?
Not. The contracting values already consider the entry of new services to be made available to users.
How will the Cidades GOV.BR portal look like?
The portal will follow the same pattern of colors, spelling and visual elements used by the Federal Government on the GOV.BR Platform.
What will the electronic address for the new Cidades GOV.BR portal in my Municipality look like?
A standardized format will be made available to compose the electronic address (URL) of the portal using the nomenclature of the city, for example: cidadea.gov.br. But, if it is in the interest of the municipality to continue with its current domain, it can keep it.
Will it be possible to include existing services in the Cidades GOV.BR portal?
Yup. It is possible to include both the services available on the GOV.BR Platform, as well as the services created by the municipality or contracted by other providers.
Does the product offer the digitization of existing processes/services in the municipality?
Not. The product offers services and tools already available in digital format, however, if the municipality performs the automation of a process or service, it can be made available on the Cidades GOV.BR portal.

When will the product be available for purchase?
In June 2022.
How do I hire SERPRO? Is it necessary to bid?
Serpro, as a Public Company and an indirect administration body, can be hired by waiver of bidding based on items VIII and XVI, article 24, of Law No. 8,666 of 1993.
How long does the hiring process take?
Given the format in which the bidding process is dispensable, the contracting period will largely depend on the internal processes of the municipality itself, and Serpro has a model of adhesion contract already evaluated and approved by the legal area, which guarantees support to the Municipalities in designing your hiring process.
What is the value of Cidades GOV.BR?
The value of the service is linked to the number of inhabitants that can be covered by it.
Is it possible to hire only the service platform?
Not. The portal is an integral part of the solution. The packages can be contracted as follows: Portal + Services Platform or Portal + Services Platform.
How will the charge be made?
A product attestation will be generated monthly and made available in the customer area. The contract manager will have a few days to certify the product and a payment slip will be automatically generated.

How are the terms for contracting SERPRO?
The contracts are signed for a period of 12 months, renewable for an equal period up to a maximum of 60 (sixty) months, as recommended in art. 57, Inc. II, of Law no. 8,666/93. After this period, a new contract will be carried out by waiver of bidding.
Implantation
After signing the contract, when will the contracted services be available?
After signing and publishing the contract, access will take place within 30 days.
Will the municipality need to develop any part of the product?
Not. The development of the portal is carried out by Serpro, and it is up to the municipality to customize the content using the elements available on the GOV.BR Platform.
I already have digital services contracted in my municipality. Is it possible to make the services available on the Cidades GOV.BR portal?
Yup. For this, it will be necessary to register and include the link to access the desired service on the portal.
Do I need to replace the portal I currently have?
It is preferable to adopt the Cidades GOV.BR portal, with visuals and graphics from the gov.br platform, to ensure a unique access experience for citizens, but it is not mandatory.
I already have a company that manages the current portal, can I continue with this company?
Yes, this decision is a choice of the municipality.
Will Serpro manage the content of the new portal?
Not. Serpro will provide material for the training of content managers in City Halls, where they will have all the necessary information to update the information on the portal.
Is it possible to add information and content that already exists on the Cidades GOV.BR portal?
Yup. The Cidades GOV.BR portal will provide all the necessary tools for data inclusion.
Will there be any support to the municipality in the use of the product?
Yup. Serpro will provide support materials, such as manuals and tutorials, in addition to support through a 0800 for questions regarding the contracted service.
