Para que o órgão autuador solicite a autorização a SENATRAN para acesso ao sistema RADAR, este deverá acessar ao sistema Credencia. O acesso a este sistema é somente por Certificado Digital e-CNPJ padrão ICP-Brasil. Para que o órgão autuador possa realizar a contratação do RADAR, ele deve seguir a Lei 14.071 e ter seu trânsito municipalizado, ou seja, possuir um código no sistema RENAINF. Para requerer acesso é necessário fazer parte do Sistema Nacional de Trânsito (SNT) e atender aos requisitos da Portaria SENATRAN Nº 922 DE 20/07/2022, com efeitos a partir de 01/08/2022.
